This moist Chocolate Cake is really easy to prepare, and you can use all the ingredients you want to personalise it to your taste!

for one mug or two of our ramekins

1/4 cup plain flour
– 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/4 tsp. baking powder
– 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
– 1/8 tsp. salt
– 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. milk
– 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
– 1 tbsp. chocolate chips

Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the milk and vegetable oil until all ingredients are smooth.

Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug or divide it into two of our ramekins.

Add chocolate chips to the middle of the batter.

Place a paper towel into the microwave and set the mug or the ramekins on top. Microwave mug cake for 70 seconds on high level (app. 950 watts).

You will need to adjust the baking time according to your microwave.
